Paper Preparation and Presentation Rules

RULES FOR WRITING ABSTRACTS

Abstracts in both Turkish and English should be prepared for the papers. Abstracts should be written in accordance with scientific criteria, including the purpose of the study, materials, methods, findings, and conclusions. The abstract should not exceed 300 words in total. Up to five keywords should be used. Papers should only be submitted through the Congress website's Paper Submission system. Papers sent by mail, fax, or email will not be evaluated. Abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee, and the accepted papers will be presented as oral or poster presentations. Since there is a limited number of slots for oral presentations, priority will be given to research studies that include current topics.

RULES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

Presentations should be in Turkish. The presentation time for each paper, including the discussion, is 10 minutes. Presentations will be held on the specified days and times indicated in the congress program, and no changes will be made. Presentation files should be delivered to the session personnel before the session begins, saved in a computer, and their compatibility should be checked.

RULES FOR POSTER PREPARATION

The language of the poster should be Turkish. Posters should be prepared in the dimensions of 54 cm width x 96 cm height and should be submitted through the Paper & Registration Procedures menu system. Under the poster title, authors' names, surnames, and the institutions they work for should be clearly indicated. Authors should be present at the specified day and time for poster discussion, next to their posters.

RULES FOR FULL PAPER PREPARATION

Participants who want their oral and poster presentations to be included as full papers in the Congress Proceedings should prepare their papers according to the Writing Rules of the Journal of Animal Science and Products (https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/jasp/writing-rules) and submit them through the Paper & Registration Procedures menu system.
