Responses will be provided within 30 days. Any fees for processing these requests will align with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

DATA RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION POLICY

Objective: This policy governs the principles for retaining and destroying personal data in line with the applicable laws, including the Turkish Constitution and Law No. 6698. CNS KONGRE commits to national regulations on personal data protection.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for processing purposes or as legally required. When the purpose for data processing ceases, or the legal retention period expires, data is securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
